Thaw in original plastic package in refrigerator for 2 to 3 days. Do not thaw at room temperature. Do not refreeze. Cooking: Preheat oven and remove plastic wrap before cooking. Do no remove foil. To brown, turn roast over (upright) and peel back foil 1 hour before end of cooking time. Continue cooking until browned and internal temperature reaches a minimum of 170 degrees F. Remove from oven.
