Terms and conditions
1. Prize draw open to all catering trade customers aged 18 and over and resident in the UK, except employees of Nestlé UK Ltd, their immediate families, agents or anyone associated with the administration of this promotion.
2. The NESCAFÉ Britain's Favourite Events Promotion features on special packs of NESCAFÉ Original 1kg, 750g (Powder and Granules) & Stick Sachets, NESCAFÉ Gold Blend 1kg, 500g, 750g & Stick Sachets, NESCAFÉ Original Decaff 500g & Stick Sachets, NESCAFÉ Gold Blend Decaff 500g & Stick Sachets, NESCAFÉ Latte 1kg, 500g & One Cup Sachets, NESCAFÉ Cappuccino 1kg, 500g & One Cup Sachets and Mocha 500g & One Cup Sachets.
3. To enter the prize draw visit www.nfspromotions.co.uk and register to participate. You will then need to enter your Foodservice Rewards® code which can be found on the yellow label on the tin. If you are not registered you will need to register to gain entry online.
4. No purchase necessary. For the same chance of winning send your name and address to Britain’s Favourite Events (NPN), PO Box 3, Diss, Norfolk, IP98 1HH. Only one entry per stamped envelope. Bulk or third party entries will not be accepted. NPN entries will be entered into the next available monthly/event draws.
5. Closing date for receipt of all entries for Film Premiere is midnight 04/04/08. Closing date for receipt of all entries for Wimbledon Final, The O2 Concerts 2008, 2008 FORMULA 1™ Santander British Grand Prix and Open Championship is midnight 30/05/08. Closing date for receipt of all entries for Rugby International, Annual Flower Show, Cricket Test Match, The Races and The O2 Concerts 2009, is midnight 31/12/08.
6. In addition to the main prize draw, your entry will also be placed into the next available of the ten monthly draws, with the following closing dates and draw dates shown in brackets; 28th March 2008 (1st April 2008), 29th April 2008 (1st May 2008), 30th May 2008 (3rd June 2008), 27th June 2008 (1st July 2008), 30th July 2008 (1st August 2008), 29th August 2008 (2nd September 2008), 29th September 2008 (1st October 2008), 31st October 2008 (4th November 2008), 28th November (2nd December 2008) and 31st December 2008 (5th January 2009) to win one of 6 x iPod shuffles, 4 x £25 Ticketmaster cards and 10 x £10 HMV vouchers per month. You will gain automatic entry to these monthly prize draws when entering your Foodservice Rewards code between 1st February 2008 and 5th January 2009.

9. There are 4 pairs of Film Premiere prize packages to be won. The draw will be held on 8th April 2008. Prize includes you and a partner to walk the red carpet, attend the film premiere as well as gaining entry to the exclusive after-show party that will take place either before or after the film and £300 spending money. (Note: Due to the unpredictability of dates and availability of film premieres, winners will be notified of film premieres as they are announced. This is often 6 weeks before the premiere date. Winners are given the option of whether they wish to apply for tickets for that particular premiere (tickets will be subject to availability). Winners can expect to be able to choose from a selection of up to 12 premieres in a year and have up to 12 months to take up the offer).
  There are 4 pairs of Wimbledon Ladies Final VIP hospitality prize packages to be won. The draw will be held on 3rd June 2008. Prize includes one pair of VIP Debenture tickets with Gatsby Club hospitality at The All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club and £300 spending money.
  There are 4 pairs of tickets for The O2 concerts 2008 to be won. The draw will be held on 3rd June 2008. Prize includes one pair of VIP tickets to The O2 arena (maximum of £250 per pair of VIP tickets), including access to VIP area and £300 spending money. An events calendar will be issued to the winners and updated as acts are announced. Tickets are subject to availability and must be claimed by 01.06.2009.
  There are 4 pairs of the Golf Open Championship VIP hospitality prize packages to be won. The draw will be held on 3rd June 2008. Prize includes one pair of VIP tickets with Championship Club hospitality at the Royal Birkdale Golf Club and £300 spending money.
  There are 4 pairs of 2008 FORMULA 1™ Santander British Grand Prix VIP hospitality prize packages to be won. The draw will be held on 3rd June 2008. Prize includes one pair of VIP tickets with Vale Restaurant hospitality at Silverstone Circuit and £300 spending money.
  There are 4 pairs of Rugby International VIP hospitality prize packages to be won. The draw will be held on 5th January 2009. Prize includes one pair of VIP tickets with South Stand hospitality at Twickenham and £300 spending money.
  There are 4 pairs of Annual Flower Show VIP hospitality prize packages to be won. The draw will be held on 5th January 2009. Prize includes tickets with all day hospitality package and 300 spending money on Thursday 21st May 2009.
  There are 4 pairs of Cricket Test Match VIP hospitality prize packages to be won. The draw will be held on 5th January 2009. Prize includes one pair of VIP tickets with Nursery Pavilion hospitality at Lords Cricket Ground and £300 spending money.
  There are 4 pairs of The Races VIP hospitality prize packages to be won. The draw will be held on 5th January 2009. Prize includes one pair of VIP tickets to Royal Ascot Village with full hospitality and 300 spending money on Wednesday 17th June.
  There are 4 pairs of tickets for The O2 concerts 2009 to be won. The draw will be held on 5th January 2009. Prize includes one pair of VIP tickets to The O2 arena (maximum of £250 per pair of VIP tickets), including access to VIP area and £300 spending money. An events calendar will be issued to the winners and updated as acts are announced. Tickets are subject to availability and must be claimed by 01.06.2009.
10. Main prize ‘event winners’ who have entered a code from NESCAFÉ Gold Blend 1kg, 750g & Stick Sachets or NESCAFÉ Gold Blend Decaff 500g & Stick Sachets will have their VIP package upgraded to receive 2 nights (room only) accommodation at a 4/5* hotel located close to the event (up to a value of £500 per pair), a meal for two at the hotel (up to the value of £100) and first class train travel (up to a value of £400 per pair). Any costs incurred outside the stated prize package, are the responsibility of the winner.
11. Cheques issued in respect of spending money will be made out to the entrant's name in each case.
12. It is the winner's responsibility to organise their own travel to & from the events (not applicable for Gold Blend winners). All travel/accommodation costs to be funded by the prizewinner and/or their travelling companions.
13. Winners of VIP hospitality prize packages are subject to individual event Terms & Conditions (which will be enclosed with the winners' hospitality packages). Please ensure you read these thoroughly before the event as any situation where entry to the event is refused will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
14. All hospitality packages and cheques (to cover the spending money) and runner up prizes will be posted to the winners via registered mail.
15. Events will take place on the following dates, please ensure you are able to travel on the day specified for the draw(s) you have entered... Film Premieres - During 2008 (TBC), Wimbledon Ladies Final - Saturday 5th July 2008, The O2 Concerts 2008 - During 2008 & 09 (To be chosen by the winner, tickets must be claimed by 01.06.2009), British Grand Prix - Sunday 6th July 2008, The Open Championship - Saturday 19th July 2008, Rugby International - Saturday 21st March 2009, Annual Flower Show - May 2009 (TBC), Cricket Test Match - May 2009 (TBC), Royal Ascot - Thursday 18th June 2009 and, The O2 Concerts 2009 (To be chosen by the winner, tickets must be claimed by 01.06.2009).
16. All winners and runners up will be the first names drawn at random via computer, from all valid entries received before the stated closing date.
17. All prize winners will be notified by letter within 28 days of the closing date and will be asked to confirm acceptance of their prize within 21 days. If prizes remain unclaimed after 21 days, the promoter reserves the right to upgrade the first drawn runner-up to the main prize and/or to draw additional entries for runner-up prizes as required.
18. No one entrant may win more than two prizes (one event prize and runner-up).
19. There is no cash alternative to the prizes stated and the prizes are non-transferable.
20. Winners agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
21. The winners of the main prizes must agree to take part in any reasonable publicity required by the promoter. The decision of the promoter is final and binding. Correspondence will not be entered into.
22. A winners list will be made available to anyone sending in a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the offer address, marked "Britain's Favourite Events Results 2008", PO Box 3, Diss, Norfolk IP98 1HH by the closing date of 31/01/2009.
23. The promoter reserves the right to verify that the prize winners comply with the entry criteria stated herein prior to confirming them as winners.
