    Enrollment | Distributor Questions

    Q. Why do I need to provide my Social Security Number to enroll in Foodservice Rewards?

Social Security Number is required as the points you earn in this program are subject to tax reporting. This information is held securely and is not used for any other purposes.

    Q. Can I enroll if I do not have an Enrollment Code?

Yes, foodservice operators are the only ones who will enter Enrollment Codes. However, once you enroll a unique enrollment code will be generated and printed on a set of Enrollment Gift Cards, which will be sent to you to help you enroll your operators. Your operator will be asked for this enrollment code during the enrollment process. Upon operator entry, this code will then trigger an enrollment bonus to be deposited into your Foodservice Rewards account. Your operator will also receive a bonus upon enrolling to help jump start their earning.

    Q. What happens after I complete my enrollment?

You will receive an email once your enrollment information is verified. Also, you will receive a Communications Kit in the mail. This kit will provide you with information about how to work with your operators to enroll in Foodservice Rewards. You may start earning points right away. You will also begin to receive our bi-weekly eNewsletter, ExtraPoints.
